Party Palace Entertainment, formerly known as U-POSE Party Palace, was founded in 1982 in the Florence & Western area of Los Angeles. CEO Anthony “Magic” Moultrie started as owner of a local ice cream parlor and evolved the establishment into a party & photography service for the surrounding community. The family business continued to grow an intimate relationship with inner city LA residents: employing at-risk young adults, hosting toy, food & supplies drives, and providing quality affordable party services for celebrations, ranging small to large.

With over 38 years in business, Party Palace Entertainment is now the largest Black-owned party rental company on the West Coast and home of the world’s only three-story mobile entertainment system. We are proud to serve in several locations including Los Angeles, Compton, Long Beach and Alabama.
